Rotational vibrating screen for coal

The Enel group relies on Vibroprocess

Vibroprocess obtains another great result, acquiring the order for a large vibrating screen for coal, recently installed in the Andrea Palladio thermoelectric power station in Fusina (VE).
The machine of size 2400×5000 mm has the function of sifting the coal and separating the particles with granulometry greater than 100 mm, this is defined as safety screening, prevents some foreign bodies or large lumps from continuing the process.
The vibrating screen is designed for a flow rate up to 1000 t / h of coal.
For such important dimensions, Vibroprocess designs its vibrating screens with the unmistakable “Heavy Duty” design characterized by fully bolted structures and the use of tear rivets. The drive takes place through an electric motor which, through a cardan shaft, moves our grease-lubricated rotational oscillators, which guarantee the operation of the machinery for many years.
