Our mobile charging vibrating feeders can be loaded in different ways like spider crane, magnet crane, skip or with customized special solution to accommodate customer requirements. Vibroprocess has manufactured the biggest equipment with 2.2 mt width and 7.5mt length; the mobile charging vibrating feeders are completely assembled with bolts and fully match the well know Vibroprocess “heavy duty design”.

The mobile charging vibrating feeders are the ideal solution to feed scraps and additives into electric furnaces for the smelting of ferrous and non ferrous. Vibroprocess range covers from 300 kg up to 40.000 kg batch capacity and are capable to travel on rails both longitudinal and transverse direction according to loading area and furnaces location on the platform. On request the system can be supplied with load cells weighing system.

Mobile charging vibrating feeder with the dimension of 1700×4500 mm. The vibrating machine and his bin are coated with interchangeable bolted wear material composed of a combination between high resistant steel and vulcanized rubber. This special wear system protect the structures from the impacts caused by the load of the products. The shown mobile charging vibrating feeder is complete of single trolley in order to allow the longitudinal translation.

Mobile charging vibrating feeder with the dimension of 1700×5000 mm, capable to charge two electric furnaces thanks to the double trolley that allow the longitudinal and transversal translations of the vibrating machine. The shown mobile vibrating feeder is suitable for charge two side by side smelting furnaces thanks to the slewing truck operation it can rotate and move in longitudinal way. The Vibroprocess mobile charging vibrating feeders are driven by two unbalanced motors in order to allow an extreme accuracy dosing process.

The Vibroprocess shake out tables are designed for sand and casting separation of big size moulds. The heavy duty design allows to handle moulds with overdeck load up to 60 ÷ 70 tons and therefore suitable for big steel and cast iron castings. The drive system consist of our special mechanical exciters with oil lubrication which grant a long life operation expectancy.

Continuous shake out – high frequency (1500 rpm)

The high frequency continuous discharging shake out operate at 1500 rpm. With this application the performance in terms of sand casing separation increase. We obtain also a lower rejection rate for the delicate castings, due to our high frequency – low amplitude system. Minimum damage to castings and high efficiency separation is ensured by optimum compatibility of the type of grid and the vibration data with the casting program. He shown continuous shake out have the dimensions of 1250×6000 mm.

Continuous shake out – Vario (1000 ÷ 1500 rpm)

The Vario continuous discharging shake out operate between 1000 and 1500 rpm. The Vario Simplex has been developed by Vibroprocess and gives a very high efficiency for the castings and sand separation with an impressive advantage in terms of cost if compared to previous PLC controlled Vario range. The Vario continuous shake outs are driven by four rotational motion exciters located on the sides.

Continuous shake out – Vario (1000 ÷ 1500 rpm)

The Vario continuous shake out has been developed in order to minimize the capital investment of foundries while obtaining, at the same time, all the advantages of the Vario shakeout. Thanks to “Vario Simplex”, the frequency and the angle of line of force is automatically adjusted by “Simplex Drive” according to casting program and customer requirements. The Vario continuous shake out grants the best sand lamps disintegration and minimal damages to castings.

Vibroprocess vibrating drum are used to continuously unwrap and cool the most different type of casting. whether it’s hot plates or valve castings that’s involved. The unwrapping process is very gentle while cooling is pronouncedly effective (down from 700 °C to 60 °C). Good homogenization of the sand in the vibrating drum while in the process of being cooled down considerably facilitates subsequent sand preparation. Vibroprocess vibrating drums operate on the micro-throw principle. The unidirectional force exciters, generate linear vibrations applied here to unwrapping and handling.

The modern foundries the necessity to accelerate the production process time and therefore to make shorter the required cooling time. The casting cooler line represents the answer to such necessity. These equipment can handle castings with inlet temperature of 650 ÷ 700 °C and are able to decrease the temperature below 100 °C. The casting cooler lines can handle castings and sand in order to transport and temperature decreasing of them.

The Vibroprocess casting coolers exploit the resonance vibration in order to handle castings and sand. Thanks to this kind of vibration is possible to transport the products in a very gently way, avoiding any type of castings damages. The base frame of our casting coolers ensure a complete insulation from vibrations of the machine. The shown casting coolers compose a 28 meter long line, installed in one of the bigger foundries in India.

The shown casting cooler line is installed in a prestigious Italian foundry. This casting cooler is installed with an upward inclination of 5° in order to fully match with client layout requirement. This casting cooler is 20 meters long and is designed for decrease the casting temperature from 600 °C to 80 °C thanks to the ventilation system compose by a fan that blow air upstream inside the channel.

The resonance conveyors are provided complete of isolation frame in order to avoid the environmental vibrating transmission. The combination between different type of coil springs guarantee che complete isolation efficiency. The isolation performance reach 95%.

The Vibroprocess resonance sorting conveyors are characterized by an high robustness and an excellent vibrations isolation degree. These machines can reach dimensions of 15 meters long and 2.60 meters wide with flow rate up to 30,000 kg/h.
In the shown picture, the castings are manually selected by operators after the shot blast machine, which divide them by type. Following the castings are conveyed in special bins or directly on belts conveyors.

The Vibroprocess vibrating sand coolers are designed in order to homogenize and cool down the return sand temperature in a continuous cycle (from 120 °C up to 40 °C).
This allow to obtain a reduction of the mixing time and an higher sand quality. The model shown in the photograph is driven by unidirectional mechanical oscillators and connected to the electric motor through cardan shaft.
