The heavy work task calls for vibratory machines which must be reliable and engineered using construction techniques of the highest quality and sturdiness. Our machines have always operated in these key locations.
Vibroprocess Vibroscreen for steelworks coke from the ramp unloading
This machine is 4000 by 8000 mm in size and screens 800 cubic meters of material in 25mm pieces. Its structure – just like all our machines – is completely bolted.
Vibroprocess Vibroscreen for agglomerate
Indifferent to abrasive materials with temperatures of over 1000°C they reach workloads of up to 1200 metric tons per hour. They are the hardest machines to build because of the harsh operating conditions, the heavy work cycles and the very high temperatures they must face. Our experience in this field makes us world leaders.
Vibroprocess The size of this 4000 by 7000 mm machine for the screening of hot material of up to 1000°C are an example of the high level of technology of Schenk Process.
The machine is mounted on a high inertia base and is insulated by means of special hydraulic suspensions. The carrying trolley is mounted on wheels and translates on tracks to allow relocation of the machines in case of need or for ordinary maintenance.

Vibroprocess Mobile vibrofeeders for n° 2 electric furnaces
The ideal solution for the loading of scrap and additives into electric furnaces for ferrous and non ferrous metal fusions. The range of machines engineered by Vibroprocess go from single loads of 300kg to 15000kg and may translate in various directions, depending on the position of the loading point and of the furnace. By request the feeder may be equipped with a Schenk electronic weighing system.

For the removal of casting risers. These sturdy machines are engineered to deal with steel or cast iron fusions ranging from a few kilos to overloads of 60 – 70 metric tons per single grid.
In the case of very large casts they may be coupled together. The oscillating assembly is oil lubricated and is capable of very long work cycles without maintenance.

In a modern foundry flexibility is now paramount.
The Variocast range of riser removers which have variable angle of incidence and speed are the latest innovation in this sector.
This machine can electronically adapt to the widest range of production plans.
With a choice of over 100 programs to follow, it is capable of improving the quality of the product and the profitability of the plant.

With the Schenk vibrating drum the earth is separated from the casts without damaging the cast iron.
Another important advantage of this machine is the possibility of cooling the casts and homogenizing the earth without the aid of other machines.
Vibroprocess Cast vibrocooling lines
The possibility of having low temperature fusions in short time spans is one of the requirements of a modern foundry.
Our cooling lines are the right key. These machines deal with fusions with entry temperatures of 650° - 700° C and are capable, in short times, without damaging the casts, of lowering temperatures to the necessary level, if a sanding machine is placed in the line.
The combination of advancement speed, of the counter-flow of air and the spraying of nebulised water are controlled by a dedicated program which has been perfected through years of experience.

When it comes to conveying hot, abrasive or difficult materials the solution is vibrator conveyors.
From foundries to the chemical and food industry a vibrating machine can replace conveyor belts or apron belts, spanning 25 meters with a single machine.
Moreover the silence and ease of assembly are fundamental characteristics of our vibration conveyors.
