The product flows through the machine by effect of the vibrations, without enduring alterations and with limited wear.
The assembly and dust-proofing of these machines is dead easy.
The tubular conveyors can be equipped with motor electro-vibrators or electromagnetic vibrators.

Linear vibroscreen
Engineered with a bolted structure – technically the most safe and resistant of construction techniques for vibratory machines – these are capable of sifting the most difficult products with high screening yields. From raw materials to steel-works conglomerates with temperatures which can reach 1000° C and flow capacities of 2000 metric tons and a continuous work cycle. |

Rotary vibroscreen Cheap and at the same time functional machines.
Ideal for screening inert solid materials and rubble, they can be built with up to three sifting levels.
The newly designed oscillating assembly is oil lubricated and allows very long work cycles without any maintenance at all.

Table Shake-out For the removal of casting risers. These sturdy machines are engineered to deal with steel or cast iron fusions ranging from a few kilos to overloads of 60 – 70 metric tons per single grid.
In the case of very large casts they may be coupled together.
The oscillating assembly is oil lubricated and is capable of very long work cycles without maintenance.

Mobile charging vibrating feeders for electric furnaces The ideal solution for the feeding of scrap and additives into electric furnaces for ferrous and non ferrous metal fusions. The range of machines engineered by Vibroprocess go from single loads of 300kg to 25000kg and may translate in various directions, depending on the position of the loading point and of the furnace. By request the feeder may be equipped with an electronic weighing system.

Cooling vibrofeeder lines The possibility of having low temperature fusions in short time spans is one of the requirements of a modern foundry.
Our cooling lines are the right key. These machines deal with fusions with entry temperatures of 650° - 700° C and are capable of lowering temperatures to the necessary level in short times without damaging the casts.
