    Mechanical discharging vibrating feeder and primary “Grizzly” vibrating screen

    The robustness and reliability of Vibroprocess equipment are an important aspect to handle big size rocks in the quarry plants. Thanks to the Grizzly feeders and screens is possible to discharge those heavy materials from hoppers and make the first separation before the primary crushers.

    This vibrating screen is designed for separate 100 tons/h of product in three different fractions. The selection decks are composed of unclogging spring steel wire nets. The two rotational exciters posizioned on the sidewalls of the vibrating screen are connected with a central cardan shaft and transmit the rotational motion to the struture.

    This 3 decks vibrating screen is driven by two rotational exciters which are with oil lubrication thus granting long life expectancy and very high reliability. This application is designed for lime screening in four fractions, the dimensions of the vibrating screen are 1500x4000 mm and can handle 80 tons/h of product.
